  2. Company Managers, who are looking for ways to improve their product/service (and some of which will only act if enough people complain)

Phase 1

A single voice is typically ignored by business people.

So that person submits their wish at I-Want-a-Better.com.

Phase 2

The community of users votes for wants and wishes that resonate with them.

When a number of votes reaches a critical mass, it will be heard by the businesses:

Phase 3

Now existing businesses will work to fix problems and create the requested features, and/or entrepreneurs will build new products and services to satisfy the demand, making everybody happy.
